The hotel surprised me pleasantly. the staff was helpful and accommodating. the room was clean, spacious, and with all the necessary facilities. the dining experience was excellent, fresh and well-cooked. the location was convenient, close to many attractions, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area.
The noise levels could be an issue if you get a room near the entertainment areas. In some rooms, the noise levels were unbearable, making it difficult to sleep or relax.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the mall, restaurants, and the railway station. It was also very convenient to get to all the attractions of the city from here. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. The room amenities were excellent, including a mini-bar, a comfortable sitting area, a sink, and free toiletries. We also appreciated the am/fm alarm clock and the flat-screen TV. The carpeted floor added to the overall comfort of the room, and the dining breakfast was delicious.
This place is perfect for families as well.

The hotel's location in the heart of the town was perfect for me as I wanted to be close to all the attractions of the city. It was also conveniently situated near the railway station, making transportation easy. Additionally, this hotel is close to restaurants, which was a great advantage. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The hotel facilities were also well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was not up to par with stale bread and unappetizing options. Poor treatment from reception staff and issues with credit card machine and Wi-Fi accessibility.
